In London...finally!!!

So I'm finally here! I left Cleveland on New Years and ended up missing my connecting flight in Cincinnati because of bad weather. I ended up spending a night in a hotel in Kentucky, flew to Georgia the next afternoon, then finally ended up on a plane to London.

So far so great! Location wise it's perfect because I'm literally in the CENTER of London.

If you can find it, I'm right around the Goodge and Warren stops. Everything you can imagine when you think of London is within 20 minutes walking distance or a few tube stops from me. As for the university, it definitely has more of a campus feel than Case because it's less dispersed and even though its located in a city there's a distinct "college" feel.

Things I've noticed thus far...
1) Everyone here is insanely fashionable. Seriously! EVERYONE looks good ALL the time. And the men where man bags.
2) For every 5 shops I've passed, there's always at least 1 pub.
3) The Tube (subway system) and National Rail (train system) is eerily quiet. If someone speaks, its at no louder than a whisper.
4) It's always wet outside but I have yet to see it rain... very mysterious.
5) I walk A LOT here and therefore feel the need to eat at least once every 3 hours... =)

Room pictures to come soon... right now it's a colossal mess! =P
